There is a wide gap between what customers say they want and what businesses think they want, according to recent study done by Telstra.
The Sydney Morning Herald reported that according to the research, small businesses underestimated the importance of being online – while conversely, 62 per cent of customers surveyed said they would not consider using a business not listed online.
